  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Outils Séries Magasin. If you’re not happy with your order, our straightforward returns policy ensures a hassle-free process.

General Return Conditions

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange
  • Items must be in their original condition – unused, with all accessories and original packaging
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required
  • Initial return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Vacuum products (Aspirateur) that have been unboxed or used
  • Power tools that have been activated (Batterie et chargeur, Cloueur Agrafeuse Riveteuse)
  • Custom or personalized products (Cornière et méplat, Cornière plastique, alu, ou brossé)
  • Opened insulation products

Return Process

Refunds
